Sciton BBL HERO ® is a broad band light device that utilizes high energy rapid output for a quicker more comfortable treatment than ever before with this type of technology. BBL HERO delivers light therapy specifically to address the appearance of aging including age spots, dun damage, and redness by targeting two different chromophores in the skin: blood vessels and pigment. This means a powerful color-correcting treatment for your skin, whether it be on the face or the body. The large crystal allows for three times the peak power than any other BBL device on the market. Treatments are comfortable; there is a very mild snapping sensation during treatment followed by a very mild feeling of tingling/heat for 5-15 min immediately following the treatment. We generally recommend a series of 2-3 treatments initially for the best results, but also recommend one maintenance treatment every 3-4 months as this technology has the ability to repair damaged DNA in skin cells leaving your skin cells younger and healthier.
