FraxPro is a non-ablative fractionated laser that delivers small, controlled bursts of energy to the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin effectively resurfacing the skin. This dual-depth technology has two wavelengths, both shallow and deep to address a wide variety of skin concerns such as acne scars, wrinkles, surgical scars, textural irregularities, stretch marks, sun damage, and actinic keratoses. The surface of the skin is left intact leaving you with very little healing and social downtime. After treatment, you will have a mild sunburn feeling for about an hour. We will cover your post laser skin instructions in detail that day so that you are well equipped to ensure your skin heals perfectly and quickly. We generally recommend a series of treatments (2-3) if you are treating a specific concern, but it is also a great laser to do yearly for overall skin health and prevention of signs of aging in the skin.
